摘要 工业生产和科学实验中温度参量非常多,实现对温度的信号的准确采集和控制对一些生产过程和实验过程具有重要意义。讨论了基于PT100温度传感器和STC12C5A60S2微控制器实现多点连续温度检控器的软硬件实现方法。系统能对多个对象进行准确测量和控制,节点的硬件设计基于增强型51内核,采用轨至轨运放MCP6002系列对信号进行采集和放大;软件模拟施密特触发器算法对交界点处温度进行滤波;网络通信采用RS-485协议,可实现分布式测控,具有拓扑简单,价格低廉、通信距离长等特点。系统操作简便,维护成本低廉。 Temperature parameters in industry and science are varied, thus it is of great significance to gather and control temperature signals accurately for production and experimentation. The hardware and software of a system based on PT100 temperature sensor and STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is designed in this paper to realize multi- point continuous temperature control. This sensor system can measure and control multiple objects accurately. The hardware of node is designed based on enhanced 51kernel, and rail to rail OP MCP6002 are used for signal acquisition and amplification. Software simulates Schmidt trigger algorithm to filter the jitter of temperature crossing the threshold. RS-485 protocol is adopted for network communication to realize distributed measurement and control. The system has advantages of simple topology, low cost, long communication distance and easy operation with low maintenance cost.
