痰热清注射液对放射性肺炎患者血清炎性因子及纤维化指标的影响

Study on the influence of Tanreqing injection for the serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes of patients with radiation pneumonitis

目的:研究痰热清注射液对放射性肺炎患者血清炎性因子及纤维化指标的影响程度。方法:将于本院进行治疗的54例放射性肺炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组27例患者,对照组进行常规放射性肺炎治疗,观察组则进行常规治疗加痰热清注射液治疗,然后将两组治疗前和治疗后5d、10d及15d的血清炎性因子及纤维化指标进行比较。结果:两组治疗前的血清炎性因子及纤维化指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后5d、10d及15d的血清IL-2水平高于对照组,而其他血清炎性因子及纤维化指标则明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液对放射性肺炎患者血清炎性因子及纤维化指标的影响较大,更有助于患者炎性状态及肺损伤的控制。

Objective：To study and investigate the influence of Tanreqing injection on serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes of patients with radiation pneumonitis.Methods：A total of 84 patients with radiation pneumonitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 27 cases in each group,the control group were treated with conventional radiation pneumonitis treatment,the observation group were treated with conventional treatment and Tanreqing injection.Then the serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment and at fifth,tenth and fifteenth day after the treatment were compared.Results：Before the treatment,the serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes of two groups were not significantly different.Serum IL-2levels of observation group at fifth,tenth and fifteenth day after the treatment were all higher than those of control group,while other serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes were all obviously lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Tanreqing injection on serum inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis indexes of patients with radiation pneumonitis are great,and it is more helpful for the control of inflammatory state and lung injury.
