氨基酸注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期及对患者凝血纤溶指标的影响

Efficacy of amino acid injection on early-onset severe preeclampsia and its influence on coagulative and fibrinolytic indexes

目的:探讨氨基酸注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期及对患者凝血纤溶指标的影响。方法:90例早发型重度子痫前期患者随机分成两组,各45例。对照组接受早发型重度子痫前期的常规治疗;观察组接受早发型重度子痫前期的常规治疗,同时应用氨基酸注射液治疗。结果:观察组治疗后平均动脉压、24h尿蛋白定量水平都低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后DD(D-二聚体)、Fg(纤溶蛋白原)都低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后TG(甘油三酯)、LDL(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、TC(总胆固醇)都低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后HDL(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:氨基酸注射液用于治疗早发型重度子痫前期疗效明显,能够调节患者的平均动脉压与24h尿蛋白定量,降低患者的纤溶活性和血脂水平。

Objective：To explore efficacy of amino acid injection on early-onset severe preeclampsia and its impact on coagulative and fibrinolytic indexes.Methods：A total of 90 patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given conventional therapy,while the observation group was given conventional therapy and amino acid injection therapy.Results：After the treatment,both mean arterial pressure（MAP）and 24-hour urinary protein quantitative level of the observation group were significant lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Both DD and Fg levels of observation group were also significant lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）.After the treatment,TG,LDL and TC of the observation group were significant lower than that of the control group too.However,HDLof the observation group was significant lower than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Amino acid injection shows good effects on early-onset severe preeclampsia.It can regulate MAP and 24-hour urinary protein quantitative level,and reduce fibrinolytic activity as well as blood lipid level of patients.
