土石坝填筑碾压机械激振性态实时监控系统 被引量:6

摘要 针对土石坝填筑中对碾压机械输出激振性态(包括激振频率和激振力)的控制要求,研制开发了土石坝填筑碾压机械激振性态实时监控系统。通过在碾压机上安装高精度GPS定位模块、激振频率测定模块和单片机集成处理模块,在填筑碾压过程中自动采集碾压机的位置坐标、激振频率,实时计算碾压机输出的实际激振力大小,当激振频率和激振力不达标时及时报警。该系统避免了人为误操作及机械老化等原因造成的碾压机械激振性能异常的现象,实现了对碾压机激振频率和激振力的精准控制,以及碾压机操作手-施工管理人员-监理-业主一体化的远程管理,为实时指导现场施工提供了技术支撑,保证了坝料压实效果。 According to the requirements of roller exciting behaviors(including exciting frequency and exciting force)during the process of earth-rock dam compaction,the real-time roller exciting behaviors monitoring system of earth-rock dam compaction was developed.With the high precision global position system(GPS)module,exciting frequency acquisition module and single chip microcomputer integrated processing module installed on the roller,the system acquires automatically the position coordinates and exciting frequency of the roller,and calculates the actual exciting force in real time.When the exciting frequency and exciting force do not meet the designed standards,the system can send alarm information to the monitoring client computers and PDAs.The system can avoid abnormal performance of roll exciting caused by manual incorrect operations and mechanical aging problems.It realizes the precise control on the output of roller exciting frequency and exciting force,and the integrated remote management among roller drivers,construction managers,supervisors and the owner,as well as provides technical support to guide the field construction timely and ensures dam materials compaction quality.
