粪菌移植与中药金汁的相关性探究

粪菌移植是一种对难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染、炎症性肠炎等消化道疾病有较为显著疗效的治疗方法。研究表明,在其他肠外疾病的治疗上也有较好的前景。现代粪菌移植理论与中医粪便入药有不谋而合之妙。中药金汁与粪菌移植的粪菌液制备方法极为相似,故查阅文献以探讨二者的相关性。中药金汁同粪菌移植的粪菌液实为同一药物,金汁与粪菌移植的粪菌液均是由人粪便用水等稀释液稀释后,经滤过而制成,只是在运用方式、储存上有所不同。

Fecal microbiota transplantation（ FMT） is a therapy which has distinct treatment efficacy of gastrointestinal disease,such as clostridium difficile infection,inflammatory bowel disease,etc. FMT also has been reported with great therapeutic potential for non-gastrointestinal disease based on clinical trials. Between the theory of FMT and using feces as medicine in traditional Chinese medicine have the same essence. The preparation of Chinese materia medica Jinzhi and the fecal of FMT is very similar,consequently looking up the relevant literature to explore their correlation. Actually,Chinese materia medica Jinzhi and the fecal of FMT is one medicine in the essence,both their component are fecal which is feces diluted with water or other thinner after filtration. The differentiation just in operational method and how to store up.
