中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗40例疗效观察

40 cases effect study of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on type 2 diabetics of insulin resistance

目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组。对照组40例口服降糖药二甲双胍0.5g,每日3次。治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加服养阴清热活血消脂汤,每日1剂,每日服2次。两组均6周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率78%,对照组总有效率58%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组在降低血糖、空腹胰岛素、改善胰岛素释放率、胰岛素敏感指数方面明显优于对照组,比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗者能有效减轻症状,改善胰岛素抵抗,对2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗者有较好的疗效。

Objective To obesrve the clinic effect of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medi2 cine on type 2diabetics of insulin resistance and to find its mechanisms. Methods 80 type 2diabetics were ran2 domly divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were given metformin hydro2 chloride 2tablets,tid. The patients in the treatment group were given yangyinqingre- huoxueqingzhi decoction 1dose,tid. in addition to the same treatment as the ones in the control group. The course of both groups were 6weeks. Results The total effect rate was more significant in treatment group（ 78%） than that in control group（ 58%）（ P〈0. 05）. Total blood sugar,fasting insulin,insulin release rate and insulin sensitive index in treatment group were reduced more obviously than that in control group（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Western medi2 cine and T. C. M. in treating diabetes can not only alleviate the symptoms of the patients but also improve the insulin resistance. It has better effects on type 2diabetes of insulin resistance than only use western medicine.
