回顾性分析芪苓益气片对不同民族艾滋病患者的临床疗效

目的:通过回顾性分析观察芪苓益气片对不同民族艾滋病患者的临床疗效。方法:对172例艾滋病患者进行回顾性分析,比较芪苓益气片用药前后不同民族艾滋病患者的体征积分、主要症状积分和CD4+T细胞计数的变化。结果:用药后患者体征总积分、体重、感冒次数、卡氏评分、CD4+T细胞计数均有所恢复。结论:芪苓益气片可以改善患者的症状体征,生活质量,对患者免疫功能有一定的稳定和恢复作用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Qilingyiqi tablets for AIDS patients of different nationalities. Methods By making retrospective analysis of 172 AIDS cases,we compared their scores of signs and main symptoms and the changes of CD4＋T cells＇ counts before and after all of their administration. Results The total score of signs,weights,colds frequency,Karnofsky scores and CD4＋T cells＇ counts recovered to some extent after treatment. Conclusion Qilingyiqi tablets have the efficacy of improving the symptoms,signs and life quality as well as recovering and stabilizing the immune system of AIDS patients.
