中医情志护理在ICU患者中的应用研究

Application Research of Applying Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing in ICU Patients

目的：探讨运用中医情志护理在综合ICU患者中的应用及效果。方法：回顾性分析2012~2013年我院实施中医情志护理的68例ICU患者及2011~2012年64例用传统护理方法的护理质量满意度及拒绝配合诊疗的发生率。结果：中医情志护理组护理质量满意度高于传统护理组,拒绝配合诊疗的次数低于传统护理组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：实施中医情志护理能改善患者的心理状态,有效提高临床护理满意度,提高患者治疗护理的依从性。

Objective： To investigate the effect of TCM emotional nursing on senile patients in comprehensive ICU. Methods： 68 cases of patients in ICU with TCM emotional nursing from 2012 to 2013（ as trial group） and 64 cases of patients in ICU with conventional nursing from 2011 to 2012（ as controlled group） were respectively selected for retrospective analysis of comparison on satisfactory rate of nursing quality and cooperation-refused rate. Results： Compared with the controlled group,the patients in the trial group showed significantly higher satisfactory rate of nursing quality and lower cooperation-refused rate（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM emotional nursing can improve patients＇ psychological state,satisfaction and therapy compliance.
