摘要
进行水上飞机的型号合格审定需提出针对其设计和使用特点的特定适航要求。基于水上飞机在起飞过程中的动力学特点,对水上飞机起飞的过程和阶段进行了分析,给出了水上起飞的特征速度定义。分析并确定了水上起飞特征速度的相关安全性限制,参考陆上飞机起飞速度适航要求的安全性目标和原则,建立了水上飞机起飞速度的适航要求,并对相应符合性验证的重要问题进行了探讨。
Specific airworthiness requirements need to be established for the type certification of seaplane according to its design and operation characteristics. Based on the dynamics characteristics of seaplane,the takeoff procedure and phases were analyzed,corresponding takeoff characteristic speeds were defined. The safety limitation was analyzed and ascertained. By referring to the safety objective and philosophy of the airworthiness requirements of land airplane,the airworthiness requirements for seaplane takeoff speeds were established,the key issues of corresponding compliance demonstration were discussed also.
