25 MVA硅铁矿热炉带料开炉工艺的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为解决新开炉电耗大、原料消耗多、炉况恢复周期长、开炉费用偏高等问题,文章从电极温度、电流幅度、加料量比和出铁操作等方面对带料开炉工艺进行了探讨,尤其对于25 MVA硅铁矿热炉进行了分析,实践证明带料开炉工艺与传统开炉方法比较,可降低开炉风险、减少开炉费用,可行性高且效果明显,具有很高的推广价值。 In order to solve problems such as new blowing-in with big power consumption, much raw material consumption, long recovery cycle of furnace condition and high cost, this paper discusses the blowing-in with raw material tech- nology from aspects of electrode temperature, electricity range, charging quantity relative ratio and tapping operation. Especially for 25 MVA ferrosilicon submerged arc furnace, this technology could reduce the risk of blowing-in, furnace charge and also have high feasibility, obvious effect and high popularization value.
