北京灵山景区旅游发展的SWOT分析研究

SWOT Analysis of Tourism Development of Beijing Lingshan Scenic Spot

灵山作为北京西部地区的天然生态屏障,其发展对整个北京地区生态和旅游有着深远影响,为给景区旅游发展提供有价值的参考,运用SWOT法对灵山景区旅游发展进行分析。结果表明:景区优势有资源丰富、基础设施健全、政策优势、成立生态修复基地、开展生态修复项目;劣势为思想认识不足、人才短缺、产品单一、交通不便、禁牧难推;机遇有旅游业蓬勃发展、市民健康消费、景区发展势头好、有力的战略引导;威胁有区域竞争激烈、欠缺文化发展、景区经营不成熟、生态环境脆弱。灵山旅游的发展应以"S+O"战略为主,积极发展农业生态旅游。

As the natural ecological protective screen of the west region in Beijing, the development ofLingshan scenic spot has a far-reaching effect on ecology and tourism of Beijing area. To provide reference fortourism development, SWOT method was used to analyze the development of Lingshan scenic spot. The resultsshowed that the advantages of this area included rich resources, complete infrastructure, policy advantages,ecological restoration base, and ecological restoration project. The weaknesses of this scenic spot included theshortage of ideological understanding and tourism talents, single type of tourism product, inconvenienttransportation and the difficulty in grazing prohibition. The opportunities included the tourism flourish, healthyconsumption of citizens, good prospects of development and powerful strategic guide. The threats includedfierce competition, the shortage of tourism culture development, poor scenic management and the fragility ofecological environment. The results of SWOT showed that Lingshan tourism development should adopt the＂S＋O＂strategy and develop agricultural ecotourism actively.
