Semantic Analysis and Its Paradigm of “Politics of Rights”

"权利政治"这一术语自20世纪90年代晚期引入中国,即成为政治哲学界、国际政治学界、法学界等颇流行的话语。当其进入中国的学术语境后,由被批判的对象摇身变换为批判的武器,即用来批判传统的政治法律理论和制度,权利政治的对手从公益政治变换为权力政治。不同学术领域的学者所使用的分析工具即概念范式却是共同的,这就是"权利政治"。可见,"权利政治"作为一种分析问题的范式理论,获得了不同学术领域学者的共同承认。

The term of＂Politics of right＂has immediately become popular discourse in political philosophy,international political science,legal science and so on since its introduction into China in the late 1990 s.After entering China＇s academic context,it was transformed from the object of critique to the critical weapon,which is used to criticize the traditional political system and legal theory,and the opponents of right politics transformed from public politics to power rights.The academic analysis tool used by different scholars in the field,that is the concept paradigm is common,that is＂politics of rights＂.So＂politics of rights＂as a kind of paradigm theory to analyze the problem got common recognition from different academic fields and scholars.
