摘要
了解当前医院微信公众号的运行情况,分析了杭州11家市级公立医院官方微信开通率、信息更新、菜单栏目设置等情况发现,这11家市级公立医院全都开通了官方微信,36.36%的医院开通了服务号,63.64%的医院开通了订阅号;各微信号信息更新频度不一,在线服务功能还需深化,并就医院微信运行提出了信息推送常态化、在线服务深入化、医患沟通多元化和宣传推广力度化等建议。
The opening rate,information update and menu of official WeChat in 11 Hangzhou municipal public hospitals were analyzed in order to understand their running,which showed that of the 11 public hospitals that opened their official We Chat,36. 36% opened their service account and 63. 64% opened their subscription account. The information update frequency of WeChat varied and the online service function needed to be further deepened. Suggestions were put forward for the WeChat running in hospitals,such as normalizing its information push,deepening its online service,diversifying its communication between physicians and patients,and intensifying its popularization.
