摘要
目的:了解糖尿病患者信息服务利用情况,找出糖尿病信息服务中存在的问题。方法:从糖尿病患者获取信息的积极性、渠道及信息种类等方面对武汉市14家医院的糖尿病患者展开问卷调查,采用描述性统计、卡方检验、李克特量表五点计分法进行分析。结果:近1/3患者从未主动查找过糖尿病健康信息,绝大多数患者从医疗机构获取信息,糖尿病患者对病因和影响因素、治疗方案等信息关注不够。结论:糖尿病患者缺乏获取信息的主动性,医护人员及医疗机构是糖尿病健康信息服务的主力军,糖尿病患者获取的专业性信息较少。
Objective To find out the problems in information service for diabetic patients by investigating their use of information service. Methods The enthusiasm and channels to access information in diabetic patients and the types of information they wanted were investigated in 14 Wuhan hospitals,which were analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square test,and Five-Point Likert Scale scoring. Results About 1 /3 of the patients never initially searched the health information on diabetes,the majority of the patients acquired the health information on diabetes from medical institutions,diabetic patients did not show enough concern for the information on the etiology,influencing factors and treatment plan of diabetes. Conclusion Diabetic patients lack of enthusiasm to access information,medical staff and medical institutions are the chief force of information service for diabetic patients,and the special information accessed by diabetic patients is quite less.
