摘要
概述了信息技术基础架构库(ITIL)的基本情况,从运维管理、事件管理、任务管理、问题管理等方面介绍了ITIL服务管理流程及其在北京妇产医院的应用,并对应用效果进行了评述,对存在的问题提出了建议。
After the information technology infrastructure library( ITIL) was briefed,the service management process of ITIL and its application in Affiliated Beijing Maternity Hospital of Capital Medical University were described in terms of its operation management,events management,tasks management,problems management followed by an assessment of its application effects with suggestions put forward for the solution of its problems.
