中医药院校自建特色数据库的现状及发展策略

Characteristic databases developed in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their future strategies

通过对全国中医药院校图书馆自建特色库的调查、分析,发现其自建特色库数量与质量存在差异,内容呈现多样性,系统建设平台及平台访问权限不同,提出了特色数据库建设的长期发展策略,包括科学规划与管理,突出中医药学科特色,注重馆藏古籍资源的开发、保护与利用,依靠项目基金支持,资源组织标准化和加大宣传推广力度等6个方面。

The analysis of characteristic databases developed in domestic colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine showed certain differences in the number,quality,contents,platforms and their access limits of characteristic databases. The long-term development strategies for characteristic databases were thus proposed in terms of scientific planning and management,stressing on characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,attaching importance to the development,protection and use of ancient books,relying on project fund support,standardizing resources organization,and strengthening spreading and popularization.
