The Inheritance and Protection of Intangible Culture Heritage of Yancheng Tiger Shoes

盐城老虎鞋,江苏首批非物质文化遗产之一,外界知之者甚少。在调查基础上,将盐城老虎鞋的传承、制作与独特特点展现出来,对它所承载的中国传统的端午节文化、虎文化、女红文化进行梳理,并就如何保护这一非物质文化遗产提出建议。

The Yancheng tiger shoes, one of the first intangible cultural heritages in Jiangsu, are not much known to the outside world. On the basis of investigation, the heritage, production and unique features of the Yancheng tiger shoes are well presented. The Chinese traditional dragon boat festival culture, tiger culture and needlework culture are reviewed and analyzed. And some suggestions are put forward on how to protect the in- tangible cultural heritage of the Yancheng tiger shoes.
