城市轨道交通互联互通网络化运营的思考

On Inter-connected Network Operation of Urban Rail Transit

针对我国城市轨道交通的发展现状,结合国外轨道交通的发展经验,提出基于网络化运营设计建设轨道交通的思想,指出在轨道交通基本线网形成时,应着手构建互联互通的网络化运行,并对互联互通的网络化运营的内涵和实现快捷、方便、安全、节能环保的目的进行阐述,最后指出实现网络化运营的基本条件是车型、制式的统一,线路间轨道的互联互通,信号系统的统一,以及全网运调指挥中心的建立。

We proposed the idea＂ to design and construct the urban rail transit based on network operation＂ by referring to the development experience abroad and the development status of urban rail transit in China, suggesting that connected operation should be taken into consideration while the basic rail transit network is developed in a city.The connotation of the inter-connected network operation and the benefits of the operation, including rapidity, convenience, safety, saving energy, and friendliness to the environment are elaborated. The basic conditions to realize network operation consist in the unification of the vehicle system, the connectivity among different lines, the uniformed signal system as well as the establishment of operation, commanding and dispatching center for the whole rail transit network.
