现场总线技术与PLC在电渣炉控制系统中的应用

摘要 本文对电渣炉工作原理、构造以及PLC、现场总线技术进行了介绍,从而引出PROFIBUS现场总线技术,对其进行分析之后,详细阐述了SIMATIC S7-300中PROFIBUS总线的具体应用。随后,重点分析了PROFIBUS现场总线技术的工作流程以及在PLC中的应用。对于PLC技术和PROFIBUS的应用做出叙述,并通过实例阐述电渣炉在熔炼中的具体控制过程。文中的研究和分析是PLC控制系统及现场总线技术结合,不仅实现电渣炉间实时通信的目的,也加强了系统稳定性、安全性。 In this paper, electroslag furnace as a model, and the practical application of PLC technology fieldbus technology to expand research and analysis. In this paper, electroslag furnace works, construction and PLC, fieldbus technology is introduced, which leads to PROFIBUS fieldbus technology, then were analyzed, elaborated on the specific application in SIMATIC S7-300 PROFIBUS bus. Subsequently, it analyzes the PROFIBUS fieldbus technology workflow and application in the PLC. For the application of PLC technology and PROFIBUS make narrative and describes specific control electroslag furnace smelting process by way of example. The text of the study and analysis of the PLC control system and field bus technologies, not only to achieve the purpose of real-time communication between the ESR furnaces, also strengthened the system stability and security.
