Under the new situation of the higher education reform in our country,it is imperative for newly built local undergraduate colleges and universities transforming into applicationoriented technology university.Based on analyzing the reasons and current situations,this thesis proposes some specific ideas and advises on how to speed up the transformation and development for newly built local undergraduate colleges and universities,by innovating the education system and operation mechanism,deepening education cooperation mode and content,etc.
