我国农村土地流转供应链的价格传导机理分析

Supply Chain Price Conduction Mechanism of China's Rural Land Circulation

近年来,我国多地农村建立土地流转中介组织,扩宽了农村土地流转渠道,促进了土地有效流转,为实现农业规模化、产业化、现代化奠定了基础,但同时也使农村土地流转由原来的"二级供应链"延伸为"三级供应链","长鞭效应"则更加明显。因此,结合农村土地市场与农产品市场的特点,运用"蛛网模型"分析我国农村土地间接流转供应链的价格传导机理,为土地流转供应链管理实践提供理论依据。

In recent years, intermediary organizations of rural land circulation have been set up, which broaden the channels of rural land circulation and promote the land circulation effectively. They lay a solid foundation for realizing the agricultural standardization, industrialization and modernization, making the rural land circulation of supply chain extended to three-stage supply chain and the ＂bullwhip effect＂ more noticeable. Therefore, according to the characteristics of the rural land market and agricultural products market, the paper analyzes the supply chain price conduction mechanism of our rural land circulation by using ＂cobweb model＂, providing theoretical basis for land circulation of supply chain management.
