摘要
伴随着旅游行业的飞速发展,对于旅游行业从业人员的需求越来越高,作为旅游资源丰富的海滨城市连云港,亟待培养一批宽知识、厚基础、能力强、高素质的旅游行业者。如何提供满足旅游市场需求的培训项目,如何转变自身适应当前培训市场需要,这些都成为旅游行业培训管理工作亟需思考的关键问题。
With the rapid development of tourism industry, tourism organizations and companies require employees with high qualities. Lianyungang, as a beautiful beach city with a lot of tourist resources, is in urgent needs to cul- tivate a group of tourism workers with broad knowledge, high-quality and capability. How to satisfy the training demands in the tourist market and adjust to the demands maintain the issues for the higher vocational colleges, which deserves the consideration of the professional and tourism training workers.
