摘要
惰性对一个人的成长造成了诸多危害,以学习惰性为视角,深入剖析惰性产生的诱因,需要从学生、学校、家庭和社会几方面,运用心理、管理和社会学等相关知识,挖掘在高职学生学习惰性中存在的诱发因素,在此基础上探讨了因应对策。
Inert has caused a lot of harm to individual growth. From the perspective of learning inert, this paper deeply analyzes the causes of inert, explores the causes of higher vocational students' learning inert in terms of the individual, school, family and society by adopting psychology, management, sociology and other related knowledge, and on this basis puts forward some relevant countermeasures.
