高校党建无痕化策略选择及其实效性研究

Research on the Traceless Strategy of Party Construction in Colleges and Universities and Its Effectiveness

现实中的传统高校党建工作实效性不能尽如人意,部分党员的不当行为和违法之举也一度消解了党建工作的效力。阐释了党建无痕化的概念及其理论根源,即中国传统文化、西方隐性教育以及马克思主义人学思想,并分析其特点;并从党建工作的科学化、生活化、个性化、大学生的接受度等方面探讨实施党建无痕化策略需要注意的几个问题,适度弱化道德责任压力,强化主动参与动力,增强激励保障机制,以增强党建工作实效性。

The effectiveness of traditional party construction in colleges and universities is often unsatisfy- ing and the misconduct and unlawful act of some party members is also harmful to the effectiveness of party construction work. This paper explains the concept of traceless party construction and its theoretical origin, namely Chinese traditional culture, western implicit education and Marxist human thoughts, analyzes its characteristics, and discusses several problems in implementing the party construction work from the aspects of scientifieation, life-orientation, personalization, college students~ acceptance degree, etc. To enhance the effectiveness of the party construction work, it is necessary to weaken the pressure of moral responsibility moderately, strengthen the active participation motivation, and enhance the incentive security mechanism.
