高职教师职业能力培训实效性探析

Analysis on the Effectiveness of Higher Vocational Teachers' Vocational Ability Training

教师培训是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要工作。根据高职教师的职业特点,其培训应以提高教师职业能力为目标,制订相应的培训计划,加强培训过程的管理;培训结束之后需要采取必要的跟进措施,以确保培训取得实效。

Teacher training plays an important role in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. This paper argues that the training should be set to improve teachers＇ vocational ability. Moreover, the training requires conscientious planning, the management of training process needs to be strengthened and several follow-up measures should be taken after training in order to ensure the training effective- ness.
