摘要 主控制器系统是调车信号机灯丝智能转换报警系统的重要组成部分,为了保障调车信号机灯丝智能转换报警系统的稳定运行,设计了基于单片机的主控制器系统.本系统通过对最小系统电路和复位电路、实时时钟电路、外部数据扩展电路及RS-485通讯模块的设计,使之具有较好的可靠性和抗干扰能力.实验表明,本文设计的主控制器系统能控制调车信号机灯丝智能转换报警系统,使其对信号灯故障定点定位报警,验证了设计的可靠性. As an important part of the shunting signal conversion filament intelligent alarm system,the main cont-roller system affects the performance of the alarm system directly. In order to guarantee the stable operation of the shunting signal conversion filament intelligent alarm system,a main controller system based on MCU was designed. By using the minimum system circuit and reset circuit,the real-time clock circuit,the external data expansion circuit and the design of RS-485 communication module,the main controller system has good reliability and perfo-rmance. It was proved by experiment that the main controller system can control the shunting signal conversion filament intelligent alarm system to fix positioning alarm for the fault signal lamp,which can illustrate the design reliability.
