摘要
有限元分析被广泛地应用于骨科生物力学领域,其为更好的解决骨科生物力学问题,改进医疗产品设计和治疗效果提供了依据.尽管目前有关股骨生物力学的有限元研究有很多,但由于人体自身股骨受力情况复杂且骨组织材料属性影响因素众多,因此,国内外学者在有限分析模型的建模及相关问题的处理上存在很多差异,这会对计算结果的可靠性产生一定影响.根据有限元建模的4个步骤,从4个方面对目前股骨三维有限元模型建模方法和边界条件处理的研究现状进行综述,综述结果对股骨的三维有限元分析具有一定的指导意义.
The finite element analysis had widely used in orthopedic biomechanics. It provided basis for solving orthopedic biomechanics issues and improving medical product design and treatment. So far,there were many finite element study of the human femur. However,because the human femoral force situation was complex and the material properties of bone tissue affected by many factors that there were so many differences between domestic and foreign researchers in addressing the question of the finite element modeling,and this will inevitably affect the reliability of the results. According to the procedure of the finite element modeling,the current situation about the femoral finite element modeling method and boundary condition were reviewed from four aspects. The result of this review has guiding significance to the finite element analysis of the femur.
