摘要
目的:研究数字化教育模块在老年性痴呆( AD )患者健康教育中的应用。方法将70例诊断为AD的患者随机分为对照组和实验组各35例,两组均应用药物维持治疗和进行常规康复训练,对照组采用一般健康教育,实验组采用数字化教育模块对患者进行健康教育,分别于1个月、2个月、3个月将两组患者MMSE对比分值及ADL得分进行比较。结果实验组患者的MMSE得分及ADL得分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论运用数字化教育模块对AD患者进行健康教育能明显提高AD患者的认知能力,有效延缓其病情进展。
Objective To investigate application of the digital education management in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods A total of 70 cases of Alzheimer's disease patients in our department from June 2010 to June 2012 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups were used drug maintenance treat-ment and conventional rehabilitation training.Experimental group was given the health education conducted by digital ed-ucation management.The other group was given the health education conducted by traditional method.The scores of MMSE and ADL were compared 1, 2, 3 months later.Results The scores of MMSE and ADL of experimental group were significantly improved than those of other group ( P〈0.05) .Conclusions Digital education management can improve the cognitive ability in AD patients.It is useful for slow the progression of AD.
