微创不翻瓣的个体化种植修复的围手术期护理 被引量:3

Perioperative nursing of minimal invasion surgical technique on individualized implant reconstruction

摘要 目的:探讨个体化导板在微创不翻瓣的种植修复中的围手术期护理技术要点及方法,以提高手术成功率。方法对本院2011年3月至2012年3月收集的20例牙缺失患者采用快速成型技术制作的个体化导板辅助不翻瓣种植修复,术前做好精心准备,术中密切的医护配合,术后有效的康复指导。结果20例患者共植入59枚种植体,不翻瓣种植手术顺利,位置精确,手术损伤小,术后随访6~18个月,无术后并发症,愈合期间无脱离及感染。结论专业的术前、术中、术后护理是微创不翻瓣的个体化种植手术成功的保障,不仅提高手术成功率,而且患者的生活质量和满意度明显提高。 Objective To evaluate the key points of nursing management and technique using individual reduction plate during minimal invasion surgical technique.Methods A total of 20 edentulous patients underwent minimal invasion surgical technique by rapid prototyping ( RP) from March 2011 to March 2012, and including psychological nursing, appropriate nursing cooperation during operation, complete postoperative observation, good rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance.Results A total of 59 implants were placed in the 20 patients.The results of the sterility test fit the national specifications with exact position after a follow-up of 6 to 18 months.Conclusions Professional nursing management and surgical care techniques can predictably provide security and high patients'satisfaction during minimal invasion surgical technique.
