松嫩羊草草地放牧绒山羊采食牧草种类及其链烷烃模式的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用2岁内蒙古白绒山羊羯羊、母羊各6只,分别在6月及8月进行为期9d的放牧试验。观察放牧绒山羊采食牧草种类、部位,并进行模拟采样以分析链烷烃浓度。结果表明:羯羊与母羊采食牧草种类、部位无显著差异。6月份放牧羊主要采食芦苇、冷蒿、苣荬菜和马蔺,而8月份绒山羊则主要以苣荬菜、黄蒿、水稗、碱蓬、苍耳和虎尾草为食,仅苣荬菜同时出现在6月份和8月份绒山羊的日粮中,但采食部位却存在明显区别;本试验放牧绒山羊采食牧草部位的链烷烃浓度模式存在显著差异,可采用链烷烃技术分析放牧绒山羊的日粮组成。 To study the species,parts and n-alkane patterns of herbage intaken by cashmere goats grazing on the Leymus chinensis plant communities in Songnen Plain.6wethers and 6ewes were used in 9days grazing trials conducted during June and August.Species and parts of herbages intaken by grazing goats were observed,stimulated samples were collected to analyze the n-alkane content.The results showed that no significant sex effects were found on the diet selection.The grazing goats mainly intook Phragmites communis,Artemisia frigida,Sonchus brachyotus and Iris lactea,while the Sonchus brachyotus,Artemisia scoparia,Echinochloa crusgalli,Suaeda corniculata,Xanthium sibiricum and Chloris virgata were the main diet components of grazing cashmere goat in August.Only the Sonchus brachyotus was in the diet both in June and August,however,the plant parts intaken by goat were different.In the study,the n-alkane patterns of herbage intaken by goat were significantly different,n-alkane technique can be used to analyze the diet compositions of goats grazing on the Leymus chinensis plant communities in Songnen Plain.
