In order to develop rural weak schools in Wulingshan Area, accurate orientation of these schools should be made and strategic mechanism to combine both endogenous and exogenous factors should be adopted to develop school-running characteristics. To enhance the development of rural weak schools is of great value for the development of compulsory education and for poverty alleviation in Wulingshan Area.
