民族地区幼儿教师的应对方式及其对心理健康的影响——以海南黎族地区为例 被引量:5

Coping Style of Kindergarten Teachers in Ethnic Regions and Its Influence on Their Mental Health——Taking Hainan Li Area as an Example

摘要 应对方式是影响幼儿教师心理健康的重要因素。采用应对方式和心理健康问卷对海南省民族地区248名女幼师进行调查。结果表明:黎族地区幼儿教师在面对压力时优先采用积极的应对方式;黎族地区城市幼儿教师采用积极的应对方式显著高于农村幼儿教师;黎族地区幼儿教师的应对方式在民族和学历、民族和城乡上的交互作用显著,黎族地区幼儿教师的应对方式对其心理健康有一定的影响。针对黎族地区幼儿教师应对方式的特点,提出了促进民族地区幼儿教师心理健康成长的相关对策。 Copying style is an importance factor to influence mental health of kindergarten teachers. A survey was made to investigate 248 female kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas of Hainan by using questionnaire of copying style and mental health. The results show that 1) when facing pressure,kindergarten teachers in Li ethnic area will first adopt a positive copying style; 2) there is a significant difference between urban teachers and rural teachers in this area in taking a positive copying style,with the former more frequently than the latter; and 3) in their copying style,there is a significant interaction between their ethnicity and education background,as well as between their ethnicity and urban and rural locations,and their copying style has some influence on their mental health. According to the characteristics of their copying style,suggestions are proposed to promote mental health development of kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas.
