皖台MBA教育比较研究

Comparative study of Anhui-Taiwan MBA education

基于首届皖台MBA教育论坛,选取安徽工商管理学院和台湾云林科技大学管理学院作为研究对象,对皖台双方在学员背景、师资力量和教学方式等方面进行对比分析,并从"师资队伍培养、国际化进程推进、本土特色挖掘、依托网络平台创新MBA教育"等角度提出完善安徽MBA教育的思考。

This paper selects AIBA and NYUST Management School as the research objects and compares their resources of students, resources of faculties, and teaching methods based on the first Anhui-Taiwan MBA education forum.Then the recom- mendations for improving and innovating Anhui MBA education are made from the following four aspects： the training of teach- ing staff, the internationalization of MBA education, the utilization of local features, and the innovation of MBA education by resorting to the network platform.
