我国畜产品消费：现状、影响因素及趋势判断

Analysis of Livestock Products Consumption in China

本文通过梳理我国畜产品消费的历史趋势和现状,系统总结了我国畜产品消费的主要特征,深入分析了影响我国畜产品消费的正负两方面的因素以及未来我国畜产品消费趋势,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Since China's reform and opening up in 1978,the food consumption structure of urban and rural residents has greatly changed. Grain consumption per capita has decreased significantly,while livestock products consumption per capita has increased significantly. Livestock products become more and more important in the diet of urban and rural residents in China,which are closely related to the issue of grain safety in China. This paper summarizes the main features of the consumption of livestock products in China based on the historical trend and current situation,and analyzes the positive and negative factors influencing the consumption of livestock products. This paper judges the trends of China's livestock products consumption in the future,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
