摘要
改革开放以来,随着社会环境和大学生代际特征的变化,大学生的集体责任感由以社会发展为本位,到以个人发展为取向,再到以折中整合为支撑不断变化,其教育方法也从以说理、认知为主的显性教育,到以实践、自律为主的显性教育,再到以人为本、以文化人的隐性教育不断变迁。大学生集体责任感及其教育方法在历史演进的过程中,启示我们应坚持马克思主义在高校意识形态领域的指导地位;坚持中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的引领;坚持集体责任感教育内容的与时俱进;坚持集体责任感教育方法的改革创新。
Since the reform and opening-up, college students' collective responsibility has assumed new features with the changes of social environment and college students' intergenerational characteristics. College students' collective re- sponsibility has changed from taking the social development as the standard to taking the personal development as the orientation, and then to the compromise integration as the support. Educational methods of collective responsibility are al- so transferred from explicit education based on reasoning and cognition to explicit education based on practice and self-discipline, and then to implicit education based on people-oriented and cultural influences. In the process of historical evolution, college students' collective responsibility and educational methods show four enlightenments. Firstly, it should adhere to the guiding status of Marxism in the ideological field of the university. Secondly, it should be guided by the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation of China dream. Thirdly, educational content of collective responsibility needs to change with the times. Fourthly, educational methods of collective responsibility call for reform and innovation.
