中小企业上市公司IT投资的影响因素研究

IT投资是IT采纳企业产生绩效的前提,但现有文献对IT投资自身的影响因素研究不多。本文利用我国中小企业上市公司的数据,采用两阶段分析法,分别分析了中小企业是否进行IT投资的影响因素,以及IT投资数量的影响因素。结果表明:中小企业上市公司的IT硬件投资和IT软件投资要受到企业经营绩效、公司治理、所处行业等因素的影响,而每一方面的影响因素不完全相同。最后依据分析结果提出对于IT供应商、管理部门、中小企业管理者的启示。

IT investment is the premise of IT adoption and business performance, but the literature ignores the influence factors of IT investment. Based on the data of China＇s Listed Companies, this paper analyzes the influence factors whether SMEs make IT investments and how many IT investments. The result shows that diffidence factors affect the IT hardware investments and IT software investments, which include the performance, corporate governance and so on. The conclusion is valuable to the IT suppliers, zovernment and SEMs.
