合作创新中的权变利益分配机制研究

依据大学与企业在创新链之不同阶段的投入要素价值、要素产出弹性及贡献度等因素,设计创新链的权变利益分配机制。在产出价值一定的情况下,在研发阶段,大学获得的利益分配比例与大学在该阶段中的投入要素价值、要素产出弹性、要素协同度成正相关,企业利益分配比例与其成负相关;在商业化阶段,企业获得的利益分配比例与企业在该阶段中的投入要素价值、要素产出弹性、要素协同度成正相关,大学所得的利益分配比例与其成负相关。在此基础上,提出设计合理的利益分配方案、促进合作创新稳定性的政策建议。

According to factors of university and enterprise in the different stages of innovation chain of investment and contribution, this article designs the profit distribution mechanism for innovation chain contingency. It found： when the output value is determined, in the research and development phase, the proportion of interest distribution of university has a positive cor- relation with the input factor value, and the element output elasticity and element collaborative degree of university at the phase, and the enterprise profit distribution is a negative correlation. In the commercialization phase, the profit distribution ratio of enterprise has a positive correlation to the input factor value, the element output elasticity and the element collabo- rative degree of enterprise at the phase, and the proportion of interest distribution of university has a negative correlation. Based on this, the paper puts forward policy suggestions to design a reasonable profit distribution scheme and promote the technology alliance stability.
