计算机技术在经济犯罪防控中的综合应用

经济犯罪与计算机技术都具有鲜明的时代特征及复杂性,一方面,计算机技术容易成为经济犯罪的借力工具,但另一方面,也能为有效防控经济犯罪提供技术保障和平台。本文以计算机技术的发展趋向复杂化、新型化为背景,分析了计算机技术与经济犯罪的关联性,并就测谎技术、模糊技术、芯片技术以及DNA技术、激光技术等计算机技术在经济犯罪防控中的综合应用进行了研究,认为应从技术层面最大限度地降低由经济犯罪所带来的法律与科技的差异化,使科技对法治建设提供保障。

The generation of economic crime and the computer technology have distinct features of the times and complexity. Com- puter technology will not only become a leveraging tool of economic crimes, but also provide technical support and platform for the effective prevention and control of economic crime. On the background of the development of computer technology tending to be complex and new, this paper proposes the correlation between computer technology and economic crime, and analyzes the comprehensive application and implementation of the computer technologies represented by polygraph tech- nology, fuzzy technology, chip technology and DNA technology as well as laser technology in economic crime prevention and control. It is necessary to maximize the reduction of law and technology differentiation brought by economic crimes from the social level and technical level so that science and technology can provide security for the legal construction.
