橡胶沥青混凝土断级配设计方法与路用性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 级配对于橡胶沥青混合料的路用性能具有重要的影响。基于骨架密实型沥青混合料设计理论,提出了橡胶沥青混合料的断级配设计理论与工程设计方法。进而成型了连续级配与断级配的橡胶沥青混合料,并对其高低温、水稳定性与疲劳性能进行了对比研究。试验结果显示:断级配橡胶沥青混合料具有比连续级配混合料更好的高低温路用性能,相近的水稳定性,以及更佳的抗疲劳破坏性能。研究成果有助于指导橡胶沥青混合料的设计与施工质量控制。 Gradation has great impact on the road performance of rubber asphalt mixtures. Based on the design theory of skeleton-dense structure for asphalt mixtures,the design theory and engineering design methods of gap gradation for rubber asphalt concrete were presented. Then the rubber asphalt mixtures with continuous and gap gradations were made and their road performances were investigated. The experimental results show that the rubber asphalt mixtures with gap gradation have better performance at high and low temperatures when compared to the mixtures with continuous gradation. Furthermore,the fatigue performance for rubber asphalt mixtures with gap gradation is better comparing to SBS modified asphalt mixtures and rubber asphalt mixtures with continuous gradation. The moisture sensitivity for all types of asphalt mixtures are found to be similar. The findings can be helpful to the design and quality control of rubber asphalt mixtures.
