摘要
目的:针对基层公务员群体,在压力—职业倦怠—焦虑/抑郁这一中介模型的基础上,引入心理弹性这一积极心理品质,探索心理弹性对压力、职业倦怠和焦虑/抑郁的调节作用。方法:选取北京市基层公务员480人进行问卷测查。采用自编一般资料调查表,公务员压力量表(CSSS),职业倦怠普适量表(MBI-GS)中文修订版,中国成年人心理弹性量表修订版(RSCA-R),和症状自评量表(SCL-90),使用分层回归验证有中介的调节模型和有调节的中介模型。结果:将焦虑/抑郁作为因变量,心理弹性对压力和职业倦怠关系的调节作用不成立(P>0.05),即有中介的调节模型不成立;心理弹性对职业倦怠和焦虑/抑郁关系的调节作用显著(P<0.05),使用PROCESS程序进行事后检验,只有在高心理弹性的情况下(得分高于一个标准差)职业倦怠的中介作用才显著,低心理弹性(得分低于一个标准差)的情况下中介效应不存在,即有调节的中介模型成立。结论:对于基层公务员来说,心理弹性调节职业倦怠与焦虑/抑郁之间的关系,即心理弹性相对较低的个体,更倾向于因倦怠而产生抑郁和焦虑,而心理弹性高的个体则不会。
Objective: Introducing resilience into the mediation model of stress, burnout and anxiety/depress symptoms,to explore its impact on the relationship among stress, burnout and anxiety/depress symptoms. Methods: Employing accidental sampling method, 480 grassroots civil servants were assessed by Resilience Scale of Chinese Adults(RSCA-R), selfmade Civil Servants' Stress Scale(CSSS), Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey(MBI-GS) and Symptom check list-90(SCL-90). The moderated mediation model and the mediated moderation model were tested by hierarchical regression, the conditional process model was tested by employing the PROCESS add-on on SPSS. Results: No interactive effect on burnout was observed between stress and resilience(P〉0.05). On the other hand, there was a significant interactive effect between burnout and resilience on anxiety/depress symptoms(P〈0.05). Post-hoc analysis indicated that in the high-resilience group only(above on one standard deviation), burnout served as a mediator between stress and anxiety/depress symptoms.Conclusion: Resilience has a moderating effect between burnout and anxiety/depress symptoms, which may be limited by stress-burnout. The moderated mediation model is feasible.
