大学生社交焦虑与攻击、抑郁:情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用 被引量:83

Social Anxiety, Aggression and Depression:the Mediating of Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy

摘要 目的:探讨情绪调节自我效能感在大学生的社交焦虑与攻击、抑郁之间的中介作用。方法:采用交往焦虑量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表、攻击性量表和贝克抑郁问卷第2版对363名大学生进行调查。结果:1社交焦虑与情绪调节自我效能感呈显著负相关,社交焦虑与攻击、抑郁均呈显著正相关,情绪调节自我效能感与攻击、抑郁均呈显著负相关,攻击与抑郁呈显著正相关;2情绪调节自我效能感在社交焦虑与攻击之间的中介效应显著,管理沮丧/痛苦情绪和管理生气/愤怒情绪的自我效能感的中介效应分别解释总效应的40.61%和55.77%;3情绪调节自我效能感在社交焦虑与抑郁之间的中介效应显著,管理沮丧/痛苦情绪和管理生气/愤怒情绪的自我效能感的中介效应分别解释总效应的34.06%和31.81%。结论:情绪调节自我效能感中的管理消极情绪的自我效能感在大学生的社交焦虑和攻击之间起完全中介作用、在社交焦虑和抑郁之间起部分中介作用。 Objective: To explore the mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy among social anxiety, aggression and depression in college students. Methods: Interaction Anxiety Scale, Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy Scale,Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire and Beck Depression Inventory-II were applied to 363 college students. Results: ①Social anxiety was significantly negatively correlated with regulatory emotional self-efficacy and positively correlated with aggression and depression.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy was significantly negatively correlation with aggression and depression. Aggression was significantly positively correlated with depression. ②Regulatory emotional self-efficacy was found to had a full mediating effect on the relationship between social anxiety and aggression, the mediating effect of perceived self-efficacy in managing despondency/distress and anger/irritationinterpreted 40.61% and 55.77% respectively of the total effect. ③Regulatory emotional self-efficacy was found to serve as a partial mediator on the relationship between social anxiety and depression, the mediating effect of perceived self-efficacy in managing despondency/distress and anger/irritationinterpreted 34.06% and 31.81% respectively of total effect. Conclusion: Perceived self-efficacy in managing negative affectof regulatory emotional self-efficacy was a full mediator between social anxiety and aggression of college students as well as a partial mediator between social anxiety and depression.
