摘要
目的:从微小RNA(micro RNA,mi RNA)表达谱中筛选出具有结直肠癌诊断潜能的mi RNA。方法:通过实时荧光定量PCR阵列法检测结直肠癌组织和癌旁组织mi RNA表达水平,筛选具有统计学意义的mi RNA。通过受试者特征曲线分析mi R-4770诊断结直肠癌的特异性与敏感性。结果 :从结直肠癌样本中筛选出差异具有统计学意义的mi RNA共102个,其中92个下调,10个上调。mi R-4770对结直肠癌的诊断特异性是71.43%,敏感性为95.24%,曲线下面积为0.952 4。结论:mi R-4770具有结直肠癌筛查和提示预后的潜能。
Objective To identify specific mi RNAs from the differentially expressed mi RNAs as diagnose marker for colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods The expression levels of mi RNAs in CRC and the adjacent tissues were detected by q RT-PCR and the candidate mi RNAs with statistic significance were selected. Receiver-operatingcharacteristic curve was performed to analyse the specificity and sensitivity of mi R-4770. Results A total of 102 significantly dysregulated mi RNAs were identified, and 92 of them were down-regulated, 10 of them were upregulated. The specificity of mi R-4770 to discriminate moderated differentiated CRC from adjacent normal tissues was 71.43%, with the sensitivity of 95.24% and area under cure of 0.952 4. Conclusion mi R-4770 can be potentially served as a diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for CRC.
