摘要
近红外光谱技术是随着计算机技术的发展而推广出来的一种高新分析技术,具有快速,无污染,样品无需预处理和同时检测多个组分等优点,本文综述了近红外光谱技术在中药材品种分类鉴定、真伪鉴别、产地分析、定量分析、快速检测、掺假检测及在线监测等方面的应用和进展,为近红外光谱技术在中药研究中的应用提出了思路和方向。
With the development of computer technology,near infrared spectroscopy has been frequently used in studies of traditional Chinese medicine,for its advantages of rapidness,zero pollution,no requirement for pretreatment and simultaneous detection of multiple components. Here,we reviewed the application and research progress of near infrared spectroscopy in medicinal species identification,classification and origin analysis,quantitative analysis,rapid detection,adulterant detection and on- line monitoring,hoping to provide a foundation and direction for the application of near infrared spectroscopy in traditional Chinese medicine study.
