中国2005-2015年中小学生性暴力新闻事件分析

Analysis of news reports of sexual violence made to Chinese primary and secondary school students during 2005-2015

目的了解近十年来有关我国中小学生校园性暴力事件新闻报道事件的流行病学特点,为开展相关防控工作提供参考。方法检索百度新闻在线数据库中2005年1月1日至2015年8月6日关于中国中小学生性暴力的新闻事件,描述性暴力事件受害者和施暴者特征,采用Excel 2007对纳入新闻事件的数据进行录入和分析。结果共纳入17起性暴力事件,受害者均为女性,小学和中学分别为10和7起。施暴者均为男性,且多数为受害者的熟人,其中为师生、亲戚关系的共10起(58.8%)。性暴力类型包括强奸、性侵和猥亵,分别为10,4和3起。性暴力发生地点主要为老师办公室或家以及其他无人场所。结论中小学生性暴力的受害者均为女生,且主要为受害儿童熟悉的人所为。教育部门应加大对中小学生预防性暴力的教育工作和校园安全管理工作。

Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of news reports about sexual violence made to primary and secondary school students in China in the last ten years and to provide reference for related prevention and control work. Methods Baidu News Online database was used to search the sexual violence news related to primary and secondary school students between January 1, 2005 and August 6, 2015. We described the characteristics of victims and perpetrators of sexual violence. Excel 2007 was used for data entry and data analysis. Results In total, 17 sexual violence news were included in data analysis. All victims were females, and primary and secondary school students accounted for 10 and 7 of 17 events, respectively. All perpetrators were males. Most perpetrators were the acquaintances of the victims -- 10 （58.8%） of 17 events were made by the teachers or the relatives of students. The types of sexual violence included rape, sexual assault, and indecent, each explaining 10, 4 and 3 of 17 events. The most common places of sexual violence were teacher＇s office or home, as well as other places where no person was there. Conclusions All the victims of sexual violence are female in primary and secondary school students. Most sexual violence cases are made by the acquaintances of the victims. The education department should enhance education for sexual violence prevention and campus safety management in primary and secondary schools.
