郑州民办高校大学生艾滋病知识知晓情况及其影响因素

Knowledge and influence factors towards AIDS among undergraduates in private colleges in Zhengzhou

目的了解民办高校大学生艾滋病相关知识认知水平、歧视态度及相关影响因素,为学校开展艾滋病健康教育提供参考。方法采取分层整群随机抽样法,对郑州市4所民办高校1 840名大学生进行问卷调查。结果郑州市民办高校大学生艾滋病相关知识知晓率在39.67%~88.75%之间。不同性别、民族、专业大学生艾滋病相关知识得分差异均有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）;不同性别、年级、专业大学生艾滋病歧视态度差异均有统计学意义（P值均〈0.05）。多重线性回归分析显示,民办高校大学生艾滋病基本知识影响因素为性别、专业、年级（F=10.215,P〈0.01）,艾滋病传播知识影响因素为性别和住宿方式（F=4.064,P〈0.01）。结论民办高校大学生的艾滋病认知程度有待提高。高校应充分利用各种媒介对大学生进行科学系统的健康教育,提高认知水平。

Objective To understand the awareness and attitude of discrimination towards AIDS and associated factors among undergraduates in private colleges. Methods Totally 1 840 students from 4 private colleges in Zhengzhou were investigated by questionnaire using the stratified cluster random sampling method. Results The rate of AIDS related knowledge awareness in private college students was between 39.67%-88.75%; Knowledge score and attitude on AIDS among students with different gender, nationality and major showed significant differences （P〈0.05）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, grade, major and accommodation were factors associated with HIV transmission knowledge.Conclusion The level of awareness of AIDS in private college students needs to be improved. There is a need for greater attempts toward making information regarding HIV/AIDS available to every college students.
