摘要
目的研究藏族青少年应对方式发展特点及其对学业求助的影响,为有效影响其学业求助态度和行为提供依据。方法从甘肃和西藏某藏族聚居区采用方便抽样,共选取4所藏族中学和1所民族院校,采用整群抽样方法,选取2 057名藏族大中学生(男生1 071名,女生986名),采用应对方式量表(CSS)、学业求助量表(AHSS)评估藏族青少年面临压力时的认知和行为以及所采取的求助态度和求助行为。结果藏族青少年应对方式与学业求助得分分别为(3.13±0.23)和(2.67±0.44)分;藏族女生问题解决因子总分高于男生(t=2.902,P<0.01);初中生、高中生应对方式得分高于大学生(F=5.723,P<0.05);应对方式与学业求助之间呈负相关(r=-0.362,P<0.01),典型相关系数为0.675(P<0.01);多重线性回归显示,应对方式各因子共同解释学业求助的30.6%的变异。结论藏族青少年具有较高程度的应对水平,应对方式能够在一定程度上影响藏族青少年学业求助态度和行为。
Objective To explore the characteristic of coping style and its influence on academic help-seeking in Tibet adoleseenees. Methods A total of 2 057 Tibet students in 4 middle schools and 1 ethnic college were chosen from counties resided mainly by Tibet people in Gansu and Tibet. Their cognition and behavior, their help seeking attitude and behavior when facing stress were investigated by Scale of Coping Style and Academic Help Seeking Scale. Results The total average scores of Tibet students' coping style and academic help-seeking were ( 3.13 ± 0.23 ) , (2.67 ± 0.44). The scores of element of problem solving in female students were significantly higher than that in male students( t = 2.902, P〈0.01). The scores of coping style in junior and senior middle school students were significantly higher than that in undergraduates (F = 5.723, P〈0.05 ) , the scores of positive coping style in senior students were higher than that in other grades, while the scores of negative coping style in junior students were lower than that in other grades. The scores of coping style were negatively correlated with help-seeking in Tibet adolescenees (r = -0.362, P〈 0.01 ) , and the canonical correlations was 0.675 (P〈0.01 ). Multi-linear regression showed that the variables of coping style can explain the 30.6% variance of students' help-seeking together. Conclusion It indicates that the level of coping style is higher than median and that coping style might have a certain effect on academic help seeking in Tibetan adolescences.
