田从豁病证结合治疗癫痫经验

Experience of TIAN Conghuo in Treating Epilepsy by Combining Disease and Syndrome

从辨证、治法、刺法等方面阐述田从豁教授病证结合、分期治疗癫痫经验。认为本病虚实夹杂,以风、火、痰、瘀、惊为主要病因,导致督脉功能失常,元神失守,脑髓失衡;并确定通督调神治疗原则,以大椎、陶道、长强、无名为经验穴,配合具体辨证选穴治疗。

From syndrome differentiation, treatment principle, and acupuncture manipulation, this paper expounds experience of Prof. TIAN Conghuo treating epilepsy by combining disease and syndrome and by stages.Prof. TIAN Conghuo thinks this disease is simultaneous insufficiency and excessive and its main pathogenies are wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis and being frightened,leading the dysfunction of Du meridian,primordial spirit to fall,as well as brains and marrow imbalance. And he determines unchoking DU meridian to regulate the mind as therapeutic principles. He uses Dazhui（ DU14）,Taotao（ DU13）,Changqiang（ DU1） and Wuming point（ extra ordinary point under the spinous process of the second thoracic vertebra） as experiential acupoints,and chooses acupoints according to specific syndrome differentiation.
