摘要 合成了不同分子结构的聚酯树脂,并将其配制成粉末涂料,考察了酯键密度、非对称性链段含量、玻璃化温度(T_g)、软化点、相对分子质量及其分布等因素对聚酯树脂及其粉末涂料表观介电常数的影响规律。结果表明:聚酯相对分子质量及其分布对聚酯及其粉末涂料的介电常数影响单调性明显,酯键密度对粉末涂料介电常数的影响次之,T_g、软化点和聚酯链段的非对称性对粉末涂料的介电常数影响不明显。 Polyester resins with different molecular structures were synthesized and werefurther applied to prepare the powder coatings. Effects of ester bond density, asymmetric chain content, the glass transition temperature and softening point, molecular weight and its distribution on the apparent dielectric constants of polyester resins and powder coatings therefrom were investigated. The results showed that the obvious influential factors on the apparent dielectric constant of polyesters and powder coatings therefrom were the molecular weight and distribution, followed by ester bond density and glass transition temperature, softening point and the asymmetry chain content.
