摘要
Ni^(2+)是汽车磷化过程中不可缺少的离子,同时也是国标中规定的第一类污染物。由于Ni^(2+)具有致癌性和致突变性,长期以来是汽车厂废水处理的重点。本研究结合某汽车厂磷化废水中镍含量超标的问题,设计试验,找到问题出现的原因,一方面更换处理能力更强的药剂,另一方面对废水处理设备进行改造,最终成功解决该问题。
Ni^2+ is an indispensable element in the process of phosphorization, and is also the first kind of pollutant as described in the national standard. Due to its carcinogenicity and mutagenicity, it has been drawn much concern during the treatment process of the wastewater in automobile factory. In this paper, as viewed from the problem that Ni content in the phosphating wastewater of an automobile factory exceeds the standard, a test approach is designed to reveal the reason of the problem. Thus, the substitution of agent having more processing capacity and/or the innovation of wastewater treatment equipment can give the good solution to the problem mentioned above.
