摘要
目的探讨三维对比增强MR血管造影(3D CE-MRA)联合时间分辨轨道随机MR血管造影(TWIST MRA)在下肢动脉疾病中的应用价值。方法 13例怀疑下肢动脉狭窄或闭塞病变患者接受全下肢3D CE-MRA及小腿段TWIST MRA检查,对靶血管进行最大信号强度投影重建,对图像质量进行评估。结果 13例行3D CE-MRA检查图像质量为优、良、差的血管分别为115、95和11支,图像优良率达95.02%。13例患者TWIST MRA检查均能连续显示各个时相的动态图像。结论 3D CE-MRA是下肢动脉病变的有效、安全检查方法,对动脉显影不佳的肢体远端小腿段联合TWIST MRA检查可提高临床诊断率。
Objective To investigate the application value of 3D contrast-enhanced MR angiography(CE-MRA)and time-resolved angiography with interleaved stochastics trajectories(TWIST)MRA in the diagnosis of lower extremity artery diseases.Methods Thirteen patients with lower extremity arterial stenosis or occlusion underwent 3D CE-MRA of overall low extremity and TWIST MRA of shank.Target vessels were rebuilt with maximum signal intensity projection and the quality of images was evaluated.Results Among 13 patients examined with 3D CE-MRA,the images evaluated as excellent,good and bad were 115,95 and 11vessels,respectively,with an overall good image rate of 95.02%.The results of 13 patients examined with TWIST MRA continuously displayed various phase of dynamic images.Conclusion 3D CE-MRA is an effective and safe method in detecting lower extremity artery diseases.Combined examination of 3D CE-MRA and TWIST MRA can improve clinical diagnosis rate in the patients with poor images of distal lower extremities.
